> Shopify-native AI Shopping Readiness platform. Grades how ready your products are for AI shopping across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity, then prioritises the product-data, schema and feed fixes most likely to get your products found, understood, and recommended.

## What we do

Veridex AI helps Shopify brands understand whether AI assistants can find, understand, trust, and recommend their products, then fix what holds them back. The product starts with a free Shopify-connected readiness report, then moves into weekly monitoring and verification refreshes for subscribed stores. We grade readiness and data quality; we do not submit product feeds to AI providers on a merchant's behalf.

## Core capabilities

- **Free AI readiness report**: Score how ready your brand is across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity using up to 15 real purchase-intent queries
- **AI Shopping Readiness scorecards**: Per-surface readiness scores for ChatGPT shopping and Google AI shopping (0-100 each), grading crawler access (OAI-SearchBot, Google-Extended), server-rendered product facts, product-field completeness, Product + merchant-listing structured data, reviews, and merchant trust
- **Crawler fetchability**: Synthetic probe that fetches sample product pages as the main AI crawlers and flags pages that are blocked (403/429/WAF), client-side-rendered, or missing product facts in the served HTML
- **Weekly monitoring**: Paid plans run recurring share-of-voice checks across all four assistants. Subscribers can view and customise the monitoring queries: edit the wording, add their own, switch individual questions on or off, or reset to the curated defaults, up to 20 active queries on any paid tier. Editing the set starts a fresh measurement baseline
- **Verification refreshes**: Paid plans include scarce monthly reruns so merchants can recheck visibility after meaningful fixes
- **Schema + entity diagnostics**: Validate Organization, Product, FAQPage, and BreadcrumbList JSON-LD plus Wikidata and sameAs signals
- **Consistency Diff**: Compare each product across the Shopify catalogue, live product pages, page JSON-LD, and the Google Merchant Center feed, then list the price, availability, and detail mismatches by severity (Growth and Scale)
- **Review readiness** (Growth and Scale): Score whether a valid AggregateRating is wired to the Product schema on live pages, plus review volume and average rating — the review signals AI reads
- **Shopify theme blocks**: Organization and FAQPage blocks inside the Shopify theme editor, with eligible paid plans adding approved schema remediation actions by tier
